new features are available in my.ALA.org?
ALA has added a new feature to improve your membership experience:
These updates provide greater
transparency, security, and convenience when managing your membership online.
2. How
do I manage my saved credit cards for Membership Dues payments?
1. Log
in to my.ALA.org with your ALA credentials.
2. Navigate
to the My Account section.
3. Select
Autodraft Payment Management from the menu.
4. From there, you can securely add, update, or
remove payment methods.
3. Does
the new Autodraft Payment Management feature control all of my saved payment
methods?
No, the new Autodraft Payment Management
feature only manages the payment method associated with your Membership dues.
It does not control payment methods used for donations or any other saved cards
you may have on file with us. If you need to update payment methods for
donations or other purposes, you'll need to manage those separately utilizing their
current methods.
4. Is
my payment information secure?
Yes. ALA uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect
all credit card information. Members can be confident that their payment data
is stored and managed securely.
5. Who
do I contact if I have issues with this feature?
If you experience difficulties accessing your dues history or managing your
credit cards, please contact ALA Member & Customer Service at
