You can access your membership card and certificate by logging onto the my.ALA.org membership portal. Navigate to the "My Account" section.
1. Select the new Membership Card tab, next to My Preferences.
2. Enter a member ID and click on "Refresh" to run the Member ID card report.
3. To save the report; click on the Adobe Acrobat PDF icon which will download the report pdf to your computer.
4. Saving the PDF will add the digital signatures to the document and correct any formatting issues in the preview.
Yes, you can update your details such your name by going to the "Profile" section in the portal. Any changes you make to your membership (memberships or subscriptions) will be reflected in your certificate once you regenerate them.
