What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply visit our Password Reset page and follow the prompts to verify your identity. You will then be able to set up a new password and regain access to your account.​

 

What should I do if I forget my username?

If you forget your Username, simply visit our Username Recovery page and follow the prompts to recover your ALA Username.
